Our technician will vacuum-clean your tiled area to remove any loose debris. This is followed by the pre-treatment of the tile and grout by applying an alkaline-based degreasing solution. This will be left for the recommended dwell time.
Power scrubbing the surface comes next.
The technician only uses a specialised brush to agitate the grout lines and tile surface to ensure the dirt and grime are released. All care will be taken to ensure we don’t leave marks from our machine on the edges and baseboards making the entire floor have a great result.
Once the scrub is finished, a high-pressure rinse will follow.
This will make sure that any soiling on the tile and grout is washed away with a high-pressure, hot water extraction process.
How much does floor tile & grout cleaning cost?
- We find tiled floors vary wildly in surfacing and grout and therefore require different methods to clean. We prefer to attend onsite and check the condition of your floor to give you a quote. As a pricing indication most homes with tiled floors costs to $12 - 15 per square metre (psm) + GST.
- For properties outside the Cairns area, a travel cost applies. The Cairns area is from Palm Cove to Gordonvale.
- For most jobs we can typically fit your tile cleaning in within 5 business days. We can also clean the carpets in the bedrooms the same time.
