The steam cleaning process
The method includes pre-treatment of stained fabric and deep cleaning with a high-performance hot water extraction machine. The special add-on is used to guarantee that all odours and unwanted pollutants are extracted from the upholstery.

Protection
Preserving that clean and fresh look of the furniture for longer is possible by opting for Scotchgard fabric treatment. In exchange for a small additional charge, you can have protection against spills and permanent staining of the fabric.

Usually, it is from 4 to 6 hours. However different factors play a role, like the specifics of the material, ventilation in the room and current season.
How much does upholstery cleaning cost?
- Couches come in all shapes and sizes but we generally find they cost $30-50/seat.
- For properties outside the Cairns area, a travel cost applies. The Cairns area is from Palm Cove to Gordonvale.
- Trickier recliners and odd shapes cost more.
- For most jobs we can typically fit your upholstery cleaning in within 5 business days.

What Fabrics We Clean
We clean all common upholstery types, including cotton and linen blends, synthetic fabric, microfibre, suede and leather. Each material is assessed before cleaning so we can choose the right method and products — steam extraction for fabric, a gentler wipe-and-condition process for leather.
